1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cl33.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the cl33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any person interacting with the cl33 platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of these Terms is a precondition for using the cl33 platform. cl33 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

Use of the cl33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cl33 employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cl33 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

cl33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where a player is found to be ineligible, any bets placed and any winnings derived from those bets are void. Any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after identity verification, subject to cl33's fraud prevention obligations.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full cl33 platform, players must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation that the player meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. OTP verification via the registered mobile number is required to complete the registration process.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. Players are responsible for updating their account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered cl33 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. The existence of duplicate accounts may be reported to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

3.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. cl33 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact cl33 support immediately. cl33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cl33 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by cl33 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cl33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cl33 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets not listed here, or cash transfers of any kind.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal limits are also subject to payment method-specific caps. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's BDT wallet in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered cl33 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where bonus funds are present in a player's account, applicable wagering requirements must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. cl33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud or security investigations.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on the cl33 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the event, market, selection, and stake amount — before confirming a wager. cl33 is not liable for any bet placed in error by a player.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on event type, market liquidity, and account history. cl33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the cl33 platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live (in-play) odds fluctuate continuously. The odds accepted at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. cl33 is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error or pricing error.

5.4 Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not meet the minimum conditions required for settlement; a pricing error is identified; or a player's eligibility is found to be in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the player's BDT wallet.

5.5 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). cl33 uses official data sources for settlement and will not reverse a settled bet on the basis of a disputed result unless the relevant governing body officially reverses the result. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.

6Casino Game Rules

6.1 Game Providers and RNG Certification

All casino games available on the cl33 platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash titles — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. 6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

6.4 Live Casino Conduct

Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at dealers or support staff will result in immediate removal from the live environment and potential account suspension.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.3 Bonus Abuse

7.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

cl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have already been credited to an account but not yet wagered will be removed. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions where reasonably practicable.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cl33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus exploitation.

9Responsible Gaming

These tools are accessible from account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation.

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or contact cl33 support to discuss available options. Self-exclusion requests are honoured within 24 hours of confirmation and apply across all products on the cl33 platform.

During any active self-exclusion period, cl33 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as set out in cl33's Responsible Gaming Policy.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the cl33 platform — including but not limited to the cl33 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, marketing materials, odds data, and written content — is the intellectual property of cl33 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cl33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cl33 content without prior written consent.

11Privacy & Data

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cl33's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cl33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if cl33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cl33 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform. Players accept that all betting and gaming activities involve a risk of financial loss and that cl33 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any bet or game session.

cl33 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or entirely free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. In the event of platform unavailability, cl33's liability is limited to the return of stakes on any bet or game round that was in progress at the time access was lost.

13Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by cl33

cl33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; creation of duplicate accounts; or any other conduct that cl33 determines to be harmful to the platform or its player community.

13.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by cl33 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds (excluding bonus-derived funds) will be returned to the original payment method following completion of any fraud or AML investigation, which may take up to 28 days.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their cl33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

14Amendments to These Terms

cl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cl33 will provide notice via a platform announcement, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the cl33.io homepage. The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the cl33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact support to initiate a voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.3.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and cl33 arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via the cl33 support channels.

All disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". cl33 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal mechanisms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the player's region of residence within Bangladesh.
